So today in school a kid decided to build a barricade in the doorway. He then blasted Do You Hear the People Sing? on his iPad. The best part is that the entire class—including my teacher— pitched in with building and singing along.

This is Venus, a 3 year old chimera cat.
Chimera cat is one individual organism, but genetically its own fraternal twin. A chimera is typically formed from four parent cells (either two fertilized eggs, or two early embryos that have fused together). When the organism forms, the cells that had already begun to develop in the separate embryos keep their original phenotypes and appearances. This means that the resulting animal is a mixture of tissues and can look like this gorgeous (but bizarre) kitty.
It’s like a split personality that you can visually see.

This is the definition of awesome. This super popular, beautiful girl at my school is going with this “nobody” to homecoming after he drove to her house and gave her roses. He may be a “nobody”, but something tells me he’s gonna treat her the way a lady should be treated.
